On Tuesday 3rd November, we had a special guest from Water Aid come to deliver an assembly to Key Stage 2.  Mr Singh explained the work Water Aid does in terms of its 3 pledges, to deliver: clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to everyone.   He also shared a video with us of how children all around the world have to work hard each day to access water for their families; water that is in short supply, heavily competed for and will often make the consumer ill.  Mr Singh also shared some simple steps of what we can all do to not waste water, to help the UK Government's Water Use Reduction Target to save at least 1,500 million litres of water per day by 2030.
